Shall the Missoula County Board of County Commissioners
be authorized to increase property taxes by up to 4 mills for no more
than 20 years using 90% of the collected amount for development, maintenance
and operation of a Regional Park at Fort Missoula and 10% of the collected
amount for capital improvements, programming and maintenance of County
parks other than Fort Missoula.
